Digital and E&A Engineering Manager focuses on drive the implementation of smart factory technologies, advanced automation systems and future-ready digital solutions.

What the role involves

• Drive the implementation of smart factory technologies, advanced automation systems and future-ready digital solutions.
• Leading the Electrical & Automation scope of major investment projects.
• Driving the design and implementation of electrical and automation infrastructures.
• Develop and execute digitalization and smart factory roadmaps.
• Managing project scope, budgets, timelines and technical deliverables.
• Coordinating internal teams, suppliers, contractors and system integrators.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in electrical and automation engineering within industrial environments.
• Experience with capital investment projects from design to commissioning.
• Experience with electrical infrastructure, power distribution and industrial networks.
