- Develop and implement long-term technical improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
- Supporting and guide maintenance technicians with complex or recurring technical issues.
Skills and requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience with root cause analysis in a technical or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of control systems (PLC) is a strong plus.
