What the role involves

• Team Leader at Wulms Egg Group, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient production process while working closely with your team on the production floor.
• Monitoring production processes and quickly respond to malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards, including HACCP regulations.
• Contribute to process improvements, efficiency optimization.
• Report production results to the Production Manager.

Skills and requirements

• Want to develop your skills and gain experience?
• Leadership work experience or strong natural leadership skills.
• Technical insight and experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards, with experience working in the food industry sector.

Confirmed role details

• You work from Monday to Friday in a 2-shift system or a day shift.
• Travel reimbursement from 10 km: €0.23 per km (maximum 30 km one way).
• Fulltime, long-term employment.
