Team Leader Maintenance and Service

The Team Leader Maintenance and Service position centres on we do this with a team of around 50 employees with Team Leaders Maintenance and Service (Maintenance), Mechanics and IT Support employees. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

• Pay: €4,200 - €4,700 per month
• Contract: Full-time
• Shift: Weekends
• Do you make sure that 40,000 packages are sent per hour?
• You follow all developments on location and share this with your team and colleagues.

• A salary of €4,200 - €4,700 per month, plus 30% shift allowance, depending on experience and education.

Likely focus of the role

• We do this with a team of around 50 employees with Team Leaders Maintenance and Service (Maintenance), Mechanics and IT Support employees.
• Deal with sensors, scanners, weighing systems, roller conveyors, conveyors and shuttles for which you coordinate the daily maintenance activities, but also resolve malfunctions.
• And you ensure optimal cooperation both internally and with the other companies in the Fulfilment Center.

Requirements mentioned

• You have at least 5 years of work experience in a technical environment.
• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
